I would like to tell about a trip that we had. We had booked a flight and hotel to stay in San Francisco for the weekend.
We chose a hotel that was inexpensive, a 3 star hotel. Once we had got to San Francisco and checked into the hotel we didn't
like it at all. We had asked for a non smoking room. If you were to walk into the room you could tell that it used to be a
smoking room. So we called Hotels.com and told them what poor service we were receiving. They were able to find us a 5 star
hotel, without charging more money. Let me just tell you how fantastic that is! The best part was that we were in downtown
San Francisco right next door to the Ophem Theatre. For the rest of the weekend we had a blast. I thank Hotels.com for doing
that for us. It was truly amazing service.
